National Advisory Mental Health Council
The National Advisory Mental Health Council (NAMHC) meets three times per year and advises the Secretary of Health and Human Services, the National Institutes of Health Director, and the NIMH Director on all policies and activities relating to the conduct and support of mental health research, research training, and other Institute programs.
NCDEU: New Research Approaches for Mental Health Interventions
NCDEU brings together academic researchers from multiple disciplines involved in clinical trials, practicing psychologists, research pharmacists, nurses, and social workers, as well as investigators with the pharmaceutical industry, and representatives from NIMH/NIH and the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
