On September 9-10, 2004, the NIH Office of Rare Diseases, National Institute of Mental Health, Indian Health Service, Annenberg Foundation Trust at Sunnylands, and Emerging Scholars Interdisciplinary Network co-sponsored a workshop entitled “Pragmatic Considerations of Culture in Preventing Suicide.”
