Thank you for your interest in this research study that looks at a new type of non-invasive brain stimulation treatment called Transcranial Electric Stimulation Therapy (TEST) to see if it is safe and potentially helpful to treat depression symptoms.

The TEST study lasts between 5-13 weeks depending on treatment outcome and is conducted as an inpatient study at the NIH clinical center in Bethesda, Maryland.

After that, there are 7 brief telehealth or outpatient appointments completed over 6 months. You can find more information here

There is no cost to participate and there is no need for insurance. Compensation is provided. Travel arrangements may be provided.
