The Program Prioities chart lists four main priorities: Neurotechnologies, Interventions, Biomarkers, and AIDS. Objectives under the Neurotechnologies priority include: Improve Functional Measurement and Visualization of CNS; Microscopy; Electrophysiology; Brain Imaging; Clinical CNS Activity/ Function Measures; and Clinical Grade Processing/ Analysis Pipeline. Objectives under the Interventions priority include: Novel, Targeted to Improve Clinical Function; Drug Discovery & Development; Novel CNS Targets; Unbiased Screening, Formulation; Medical Devices; Digital Health Technologies; Screening, Assessment, Treatment, and Clinical Decision Support. Objectives under the Biomarkers priority include: Objective Measure of Subject Function; Subject Level Data; Developmentally Sensitive; Composite Measures; Standardization of Data Collection, Processing, Analytics; and Clinical Grade and FDA cleared. Objectives under the AIDS priority include: Basic, Behavioral and Implementation Science; CNS Co-morbidities & CNS Viral Reservoir; Understanding, Prevention & Diagnosis; Tools for the Clinic; Prevention, Testing, ART Adherence; Management & Alleviation of Mental Illness; Reduction of Violence, Stigma & Trauma Related to HIV.
