Introduction

The National Advisory Mental Health Council (NAMHC) convened its 238th meeting in closed session to review grant applications via teleconference. The meeting began at approximately 2:00 p.m. on August 26, 2014, and adjourned at approximately 3:30 p.m. Thomas Insel, M.D. Director, National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH) presided.
