Long-term stress can lead to or worsen serious health problems, such as heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, depression, anxiety disorder, sleep disorders, and other illnesses. Research shows that mind and body approaches to maintaining your health and outlook can reduce or prevent these effects.

Experts from NIMH and NCCIH will share the latest science on using complementary approaches to managing stress such as meditation, yoga, tai chi and other relaxation techniques.
