Professional Coalition for Research Progress

The Professional Coalition for Research Progress (Coalition) is a group of senior leaders and representatives from national professional organizations with an interest in NIMH research. The NIMH Director convenes the Coalition to share information on the latest research advances and related developments at NIMH and foster dialogue on the future directions of NIMH-funded research. The meeting affords participants the opportunity to share their views and concerns about current research priorities and strategies directly with the NIMH Director and senior staff and network with colleagues in related mental health fields.

Information from the Coalition meetings convened from 2005 to 2011 are available from Phyllis M. Quartey-Ampofo at pq7i@nih.gov.
