Dr. Ouyang received her medical degree from Saint Louis University. She completed residency training in the Triple Board Program (Pediatrics, General Psychiatry, and Child & Adolescent Psychiatry) at Indiana University, serving as chief resident in her final year. She subsequently pursued fellowship training in perinatal/reproductive psychiatry at Brown University/Women and Infants Hospital of Rhode Island. She has additional training in the Incredible Years Group Facilitation and Circle of Security Parenting Facilitation. Dr. Ouyang continues to teach medical students, residents, and fellows at Georgetown.
Research Interests
Dr. Ouyang’s research interests are in the realm of early relational health and family mental health, including but not limited to neurodevelopmental disorders, perinatal mental health, parenting, early childhood development/attachment, childhood adverse experiences, early diagnosis and disease prevention, integrated care, and medical education.
