Introduction

The National Advisory Mental Health Council (NAMHC) convened its 246th meeting in closed session to review grant applications via teleconference.  The meeting began at approximately 2:00 p.m. on August 12, 2016, and adjourned at approximately 3:45 p.m.  Bruce Cuthbert, Ph.D., Acting Director, National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH) presided.
