Prachi Singh, PhD
Dr. Prachi Singh has been a postdoctoral fellow since January 2013, and is developing PET radiotracers for neuropsychiatric disorders. She gained her MSc degree in Chemistry in 2004 from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Roorkee, India. After completing her MSc, she worked for a year as a trainee in GE India (General Electric) on the synthesis of monomers for hydrophobic polymers. In May 2011, she gained her PhD from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Roorkee, India under the guidance of Dr. K. R. Justin Thomas. Her PhD research focused on the synthesis of novel dipolar compounds and heterocyclic molecules and on establishing their potential for improving organic electronic devices.
