Jermaine Dambi, Ph.D., global mental health epidemiologist. He is the research lead for the Friendship Bench Zimbabwe. He is also a senior physiotherapy lecturer at the University of Zimbabwe. He envisages being a global research leader with specialized mental health, public health, health systems strengthening, and implementation science. 

Dr. Dambi is especially interested in mHealth and the use of activity-based mental health interventions. He has extensive experience in mixed-methods research, and epidemiology, including reporting writing, grant proposal writing, systematic reviews, and manuscript writing.
