Postbac IRTA 2018-2020
Kathleen Elysia is a postbaccalaurate fellow in the Section on Behavioural Neuroscience. She received her BA&Sc. in Cognitive Science with a concentration in Neuroscience from McGill University in 2017. At McGill she was a member of the Biosignal Interaction and Personhood Technology lab run by Dr. Stefanie Blain-Moraes where she studied neuro-correlates of consciousness. She joined the Section on Behavioral Neuroscience in 2018 and works closely with a postdoc, Dr. Messanvi using a variety of methods and technologies to probe into the functions of the prefrontal cortex and its interaction with the temporal lobe. Outside of research she loves sailing and field hockey.
