The Division of Intramural Research Programs (IRP) held a symposium to celebrate decades of research conducted by the National Institute of Mental Health Child Psychiatry Branch, led by Judith Rapoport, M.D.

On April 17, 2017, the Division of Intramural Research Programs (IRP) held a symposium to celebrate decades of neurodevelopmental, neurobiological, and clinical research conducted by the Child Psychiatry Branch, led by Judith Rapoport, M.D. at the National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH).

This symposium brought together leading investigators who were mentored by Dr. Rapoport, and who continue to expand the roots of research into the phenomenology, neurobiology, and treatment of childhood onset psychiatric disorders. Speakers shared multidisciplinary perspectives and insights, ranging from genetics, to neuroimaging, to clinical investigations.
