National Institute of Mental Health: Celebrating 75 Years
This booklet provides an overview of NIMH’s 75-year history, charting a timeline of key events and major research programs and public health initiatives. The timeline includes a selection of pivotal discoveries made by NIMH researchers and grantees, many of whom have received Nobel Prizes, Lasker Awards, and other accolades for their groundbreaking scientific achievements.
